Important delivery and ordering information to know when you order from Simple Screens.
Order processing times
Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Once your payment has cleared, orders are usually fulfilled within 2 working days.

Delivery times
Allow up to 7 working days for delivery after dispatch within 2 working days, because screens are cut to order. Delivery is free on orders of $60 or more and a flat $22 under that, and express delivery is available at checkout for the same $22 even on an order that already qualifies for free delivery. How do I choose a screen?
Measure the opening and available mounting surface before ordering. Check the selected dimensions, clearance and fixing method. Adhesives can mark or damage some finishes; follow the fitting instructions and check rental requirements.
What are the safety limitations?
Insect screens and doorway curtains are not fall guards, security barriers, child-safety barriers or pet containment. Keep children and pets away from unprotected openings. Do not rely on mesh at an open high-rise window.
Will a screen stop every insect?
Insect screening depends on the mesh, edge fit, installation and condition. Check for gaps and damage regularly. No complete insect exclusion, air filtration, fire resistance or energy saving is promised.
How do I care for a screen?
Follow the selected product instructions. Clean gently, dry before refitting and inspect the mesh, adhesive, frame and fixings. Repair gaps or replace damaged parts.
How much is US delivery?
Standard delivery is free from US$60 after discounts, or US$22 below that threshold. Express delivery is US$22. Allow 2 working days of handling followed by up to 7 working days for delivery.
How do returns work?
Request a voluntary return within 15 days from delivery. Contact us before cutting, altering or returning goods. Original packaging, proof of purchase, handling deductions and return postage conditions apply; remedies required by law remain protected.
