Simple Screen Company is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. These terms apply to purchases from simplescreen.store.

Seller, buyer and goods

The seller is the company operating this website. The buyer is the person or organization placing the order. Goods means the products ordered.

Payment

Prices and delivery charges are shown in US dollars before payment. An order requires successful payment and order confirmation. Available card and PayPal options are shown at checkout. A declined payment does not create a paid order.

Shipping

Delivery charges are calculated before you pay. Standard delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is US$60 or more; below that threshold delivery is US$22. Express delivery is US$22. Allow 24 to 48 hours for processing followed by an estimated 5 to 7 days for US delivery. See our Shipping Policy for delays, tracking and destination information.

Contact us if goods are lost or damaged in transit. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy; if a shipment is confirmed lost, we refund the affected goods and applicable delivery charge.

Returns and refunds

Request a voluntary return within 15 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact theteam@customersupport.care before returning anything. Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains eligibility, the US$29 discretionary-return handling deduction, return postage, faulty goods and refund processing. These voluntary conditions do not limit remedies required by law.

Cancellation

Contact us promptly, preferably within 12 hours, to request a change or cancellation. Packing or shipment may prevent cancellation. The 12.5% voluntary cancellation fee described in our returns policy does not apply when a full refund is required by law, including where we cannot ship as promised.

Complaints

Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order reference and details of the issue. We review each complaint and contact you about the appropriate resolution.

Safety and legal rights

Follow product fitting, care and safety instructions. Insect screens are not fall guards, security barriers or guaranteed pet containment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable federal and state consumer protections take priority over conflicting terms.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how order and contact information is handled. We may update these terms for future orders; changes do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Placing an order indicates acceptance of the terms shown at that time.
