Delivery to the USA

Our US store lists prices in US dollars. Standard delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is US$60 or more. Below US$60, delivery costs US$22. Express delivery is available for US$22, including when the order qualifies for free standard delivery. Choose your delivery option before payment.

Processing and delivery times

Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing after payment clears, followed by an estimated 5 to 7 days for US delivery. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships. Visit our tracking page or contact theteam@customersupport.care with your order reference for help.

Delays, lost parcels and damage

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will explain the delay and give you the choice to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped goods. Contact us if a parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged.

Check your address before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If you need delivery outside the USA, ask us to confirm the destination and price before ordering.
