Contact us first

Contact theteam@customersupport.care with your order reference, product and reason for return. We provide the return instructions and the correct warehouse address. Please do not send goods to the administration address without instructions.

Canceling an order

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours, if you need to cancel or change an order. Cancellation may no longer be possible once packing and shipment begin. Our policy specifies a 12.5% service and processing fee for voluntary cancellations. This fee does not apply where a full refund is required by law, including a cancellation caused by our inability to ship as promised.

Voluntary returns

Our policy allows a return request within 15 days of the original purchase. Goods must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase from this website. Contact us before cutting, altering or returning a screen.

For a change of mind, an incorrect selection, an item that does not fit, a lower price found elsewhere or an item no longer needed, our policy specifies a US$29 packing and handling deduction per order and return postage paid by the customer. We will explain the applicable return costs and destination before you send anything. These voluntary-return conditions do not restrict remedies required by law.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods

Tell us promptly if goods arrive damaged, have missing parts, differ from your order, or do not arrive. Send photographs where relevant. We will assess the problem and arrange the appropriate remedy. Voluntary-return fees do not override your rights for a faulty or incorrectly supplied order.

Refunds

We aim for refund processing within 24 to 48 hours after receipt and assessment of a return. Refunds go to the original payment method; credit is used only if you request it. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies available under applicable US federal or state law. Any legally required remedy takes priority over a conflicting voluntary policy term.
